Before moving on to practical meditation as demonstrated at the end of the site, I would like to suggest that you read two different works; one is devoted to spiritual realisation as it has always been described in traditional eastern arts and the other is a synthesis of modern psychology stemming from investigations which supramental energy enabled me to carry out into the mental mechanisms and structures of the subconscious. Reading these two works, one of which evokes the most traditional aspects of the spiritual quest and the other which ventures into the unknown, should prove useful preparation for practising the so-called four mysteries, which offer a new method of totally free meditation.
